Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Data Analyst/Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, visualization tools, and query languages. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI and Power Automate. Your work will play a critical role in guiding business decisions and improving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools.Build automated workflows and streamline processes using Power Automate.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.Create, manage, and optimize data models, ensuring accurate relationships between datasets.Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.Utilize SQL and/or MySQL for querying and manipulating data within data warehouse environments.Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.Support ad hoc data requests and perform general analytical tasks as assigned.Maintain documentation for data sources, models, and reporting processes.Travel occasionally for business needs, as required.
