We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in our WYOMISSING, Pennsylvania office. In this role, you will be expected to efficiently handle data input, maintain confidentiality, and assist in account reconciliation activities.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently input tax payment details and other relevant taxpayer information into the tax system.
• Handle inquiries and issues by asking relevant questions, reviewing documentation, and taking necessary action.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with both the public and internal staff.
• Utilize technology to gather and analyze data, track issues, and communicate with the Technology department.
• Participate in meetings for process updates and contribute to overall process improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with taxpayer/employer information.
• Document and follow up on taxpayer information in the tax system.
• Process individual tax returns on a seasonal basis.
• Provide support to the Customer Service department when required.
• Perform other assigned tasks, including bank accounts and cash drawer reconciliation.

Salary : $18 - $20
