Responsibilities :
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in records
- Use your 10 Key Skills to process customer credit applications swiftly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly
- Use SAP to monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and track customer data
- Maintain detail-oriented email correspondence with customers to address and resolve their concerns
- Systematically organize files to ensure easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in 10 Key skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proven ability in data entry tasks
- Experience with email correspondence in a detail oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
