We are on the lookout for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support our dedicated team. This is a part time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8am-4:30pm, 16 hour a week role for 1-2 months to support with open enrollment for memberships. Based in Okemos, Michigan, your primary role will be to ensure the accurate processing of member applications and activation within the non-profit sector. This role will also involve maintaining comprehensive customer records and resolving any related inquiries. Responsibilities:• Accurate processing and entry of data related to member applications• Activation of members within the system post application acceptance• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records • Efficiently handle email correspondence relating to customer inquiries• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Salesforce for data entry and management tasks• Ensure smooth communication with members regarding their membership status and dues• Assist in organizing files and performing calculations as required• Undertake scanning and typing tasks to maintain digital records• Handle any additional customer service-related tasks as needed
