- Accurately process and input data records
- Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries
- Proficiently manage email correspondence
- Maintain and organize files with diligence
- Perform calculations related to data entry tasks
- Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
- Carry out scanning tasks as part of data entry
- Typing tasks in accordance with the requirements of the role.
- Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is mandatory
- Strong customer service abilities are required
- Demonstrable experience in data entry is necessary
- Familiarity with email correspondence is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also necessary
- Experience in organizing files is a significant plus
- Ability to perform calculations accurately is needed
- Skills in scanning are essential
- Typing speed and accuracy is a mandatory requirement
