Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data in sales, pricing, and accounts receivable systems.
- Assist with quoting tasks and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data processing.
- Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or quoting processes preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work on-site in Elkhart, IN, during scheduled hours.
