As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing data retrieval and analysis, becoming a subject matter expert for our electronic medical records system, and developing data solutions from various sources. This role will require strong communication skills as you will be a key liaison between upper management and the IT department.Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize data retrieval processes• Conduct detailed data analysis to determine business needs• Become an expert in the organization's EMR/HER system and advocate for its adoption• Collaborate with the IT department to develop data solutions from multiple applications• Prepare and manage data reports for both internal and external stakeholders• Regularly upload and submit data as required• Ensure data security through proper access controls• Provide support and assistance to end-users of the EMR/HER system• Organize and manage training for new hires and ongoing training regarding the EMR/HER system• Participate in meetings, provide user support, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
