We are in search of a Database Administrator to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be handling SQL database management, customer application processing, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving customer inquiries, monitoring customer accounts, and taking the necessary actions. Responsibilities:• Handle SQL database management tasks, including backups, indexing, and ensuring databases are online• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer credit records• Collaborate effectively with the development team on SQL Queries • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved• Contribute to the transitioning process to Oracle Financials and provide post go-live support• Assist in migrating code from staging to production• Facilitate the migration to Power BI and data warehousing in the Microsoft Fabric environment• Work closely with remote vendors to resolve issues and optimize operations• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
