Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of our database using Excel VBA
- Apply Visual Basic (VB) skills to enhance and streamline data management processes
- Develop and utilize Macros to automate routine tasks and optimize efficiency
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of our custom Excel worksheets to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Provide consulting services as needed to address database-related issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor and manage customer accounts effectively to ensure optimal customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date custome
- Apply accounting principles and procedures to ensure financial integrity.
- Conduct thorough expense analysis to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Use Excel formulas to facilitate financial calculations and data manipulation.
- Implement Hyperion Financial Management for advanced financial consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliation is accurately and timely performed.
- Oversee budget monitoring to ensure financial control and prevent overspending.
- Manage finance-related tasks to maintain financial efficiency within the organization.
- Perform forecasting and modeling to predict future financial trends and outcomes.
- Proficient understanding and application of Accounting Principles
- Demonstrated knowledge in Accounting Procedures
- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Ability to monitor and manage budgets effectively
- Advanced skills in Excel Formulas
- Proven experience in Expense Analysis
- Solid background in Finance
- Proficiency in Forecasting & Modeling
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management software
