What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demand Planner position at Robert Half?
We are seeking a detail-oriented entry level Demand Planner to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels to support our eCommerce, distribution, or manufacturing operations. You will work closely with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure efficient stock management, particularly with overseas suppliers. Incorporate supplier lead times, capacity constraints, and inventory targets into the demand plan. Coordinate with suppliers, supply chain, and logistics to ensure supply meets anticipated demand. Manage the demand planning process and maintain an updated demand plan. Communicate demand plans to relevant stakeholders across the organization. Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor demand planning KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis on forecast errors and supply/demand imbalances. Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
