We are in the process of recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst for our operations located in New York. This role involves providing on-site support to our end clients and involves working with a range of technologies. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Assisting with software and hardware issues, including working with docking stations and printers.• Providing executive support, with previous experience in this area considered a plus.• Acting as the point of contact for the remote networking team, providing hands-on assistance as needed.• Managing Zoom conference rooms, ensuring smooth operations for all meetings.• Addressing any issues with the wireless access point or router, including restarting the system as needed.• Assisting with ticket resolution during downtime to ensure continuous service.• Supporting a small office environment, with around 10 desks to manage.• Utilising skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management as part of daily tasks.
