This role is an integral part of our IT team, where you will be tasked with providing technical assistance, managing hardware inventory, and participating in special projects as required. This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations within our organization.Responsibilities:• Efficiently handle IT support tickets through our Service Desk ticketing system and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.• Prepare and deploy computers and phones for internal moves, along with maintaining video conference rooms.• Modify local and remote workstation configurations, utilities, and software default settings as needed.• Proactively monitor and manage hardware inventory and e-waste disposal.• Provide swift and effective IT support to resolve issues and minimize downtime.• Document procedures and solutions for client-based issues.• Participate in special projects as needed to support the wider IT team.• Use your skills in Directory Services and Windows 10 to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
