Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Monitor, log, and follow through on technical incidents and requests using the company's ticketing system.
- Support new hire onboarding by setting up workstations and configuring accounts and devices.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices in the company's knowledge base.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and assist with tracking and deployment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experiencein desktop support or a related IT support role.
- Hands-on experience withWindows OS, MS Office Suite, and common desktop hardware and software.
- Understanding ofbasic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Customer-first attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience using and maintaining aticketing system(e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment as needed (monitors, laptops, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity withActive Directory user account management.
- Exposure to ticket prioritization and escalation processes.
- IT certifications, such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar credentials.
