We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. The primary function of this role is to provide excellent technical support to our clients, acting as the initial contact for IT-related issues and ensuring business operations run smoothly. This role is in the IT industry and will be based in a dynamic office environment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Act as the first point of contact for clients experiencing IT-related issues, offering solutions via phone, email, or chat.• Troubleshoot and rectify hardware, software, and network-related issues.• Document all client interactions and issue resolutions in the ticketing system.• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT teams if necessary.• Provide training and advice to clients on common technical issues.• Assist clients with software installations, device configurations, and system updates.• Update and maintain the knowledge base with troubleshooting tips and procedures.• Manage and resolve support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.• Install and configure both hardware and software, including Office 365 and Windows 10.• Conduct basic network troubleshooting to ensure stable and secure connections.
