We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be providing technical assistance to non-technical users, maintaining and repairing computer systems and hardware, and ensuring the integrity of all electronic data records. Responsibilities:• Provide desktop support to local and remote locations, including operating systems, Microsoft Office, and antivirus issues• Identify, research, and resolve a variety of computer hardware and software problems• Ensure the quality of electronic data records by adhering to company standards• Maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals in coordination with relevant vendors• Set up and support video conference sessions• Track equipment inventory and contribute to discussions on potential purchases• Execute technology implementation projects independently• Provide clear and effective communication with ticket submitters• Maintain daily records of data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
