Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting enterprise applications. This role requires expertise in Azure, PowerShell scripting, and automation, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide multi-level technical support.Responsibilities:Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for desktops, enterprise applications, network printing, email, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues.Troubleshoot and replace laptops, PCs, and mobile devices as needed.Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.Deploy, configure, and support Azure-based environments.Perform hardware upgrades, remote imaging, new hire setups, terminations, and relocations.Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple iPads and iPhones.Assign, manage, and prioritize IT support tickets effectively.Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device updates to ensure security and performance.Build, deploy, and image new workstations (desktops & laptops).Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.Maintain a strong working knowledge of current communication devices, protocols, and networking technologies.Support VOIP/PBX telephony systems.Track and manage IT inventory and asset management for all hardware and software.Apply today for immediate consideration!
