Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Digital Experience Manager for a 6-month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to work onsite 1-day-per-week. The Digital Experience Manager will lead and drive strategy for optimizing and enhancing digital touchpoints to meet the client's user needs. They will also own the vision for the overall digital experience, managing website content, driving lead generation, and improving customer interaction with innovative, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital experience strategy aligned with business goals, setting measurable objectives and KPIs
- Lead large-scale web experience projects, enhancing brand presence and user engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of digital experience professionals
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and personalization strategies
- Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences
- Present strategies and findings to stakeholders

Requirements
- Degree in design, management, digital media, or related
- 3-5 years of digital experience management
- Experience in a B2B
- Strong understanding ofdigital marketing principlesandwebsite management best practices, with a proven track record of success in optimizing web experiences
- Experience with Honeystack or similar revenue analytics platform
- Skilled in 6sense or similar ABM platform
- Knowledge ofSEO,UX, and HTML/CSS basics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity withmarketing automation platforms, CMS platforms, and website optimization tools like Optimizely or similar
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient indata-driven decision-making; skilled at integrating insights from platforms like Google Analytics
- Experience drivingCRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), leveraging A/B testing to optimize user journeys
