This Director, Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis will conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, oversee the month end close process, monitor expense accruals, perform financial analysis, assist with fixed assets, maintain & resolve general ledger discrepancies, create solutions for process improvement, monitor cash flow, manage journal entry tracking, and assist with the financial planning process.
