What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Credit Collections position at Robert Half?
the positions responsibilities are :
Re-evaluate credit lines of existing customers to optimize sales and minimize risk
Develop and implement credit hold policies, and monitor customer accounts
Review and process credit applications for new customers, establishing appropriate credit limits Conduct regular reviews of aged receivables and take necessary action.
Supervise credit and collection analysts team of 2 for now
Leverage strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
Build and maintain relationships with both customers and the sales team
Manage and oversee accounts receivable and billing functions
Utilize knowledge of Florida Lien Laws in the management of credit portfolios and risk
Ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures and manage collection processes
Managing portfolios of over $10M with high end customer base
Working along side Financial institutions to expand on possible credit lines
Seeking a "hands on" individual for this role to establish policies and procedures
**Light Domestic travel to other office location within USA will be required**
Company does have a heavy client base in LATAM and S. America and therefore will need to be Bilingual English and Spanish speaking.
