Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of enterprise CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring efficient and effective deployment.
Lead the strategy for optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer engagement.
Use strong communication and collaboration skills to lead discussions, articulate problems, brainstorm solutions, and drive changes in approaches to work.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into solutions.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
Work independently, managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Display high attention to detail, follow-up, self-motivation, proactivity, and a solution-minded approach.
Deliver strong customer service and interpersonal skills, exercising poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Exhibit experience in project management and execution of complex system implementations.
Requirements
Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a leadership position.
Demonstrable expertise in CRM systems, including their implementation and deployment.
Strong knowledge and experience in managing CRM - Customer Relationship Manager.
Proven track record of implementing successful CRM strategies.
Proficient in leading CRM deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Ability to manage and oversee all aspects of CRM systems, including strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic CRM initiatives to support business objectives.
