Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial operations within the team, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and office policies.
- Take charge of the company's budget management, leading the preparation of detailed budget analysis, estimates, and reports for internal and external documentation.
- Supervise the planning, direction, and administration of the company's human resources, procurement, and facilities support functions.
- Conduct thorough research on technical issues and special projects related to division responsibilities.
- Review all work products for accuracy before final submission or distribution for leadership approval.
- Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools to optimize financial operations.
- Oversee accounts payable and auditing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage balance sheet account and budget processes, implementing improvements as needed.
- Administer human resources functions, implementing policies and procedures that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports, and present findings to executive level management.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- The role demands a strong foundation in Accounting Functions.
- The candidate must have experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
- Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary for this role.
- The candidate needs to have experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
