Responsibilities:
• Supervise the accounting department, including the design and implementation of an organizational structure that effectively achieves the department's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements.
• Provide strategic input on decision-making issues affecting the organization as part of the senior management team.
• Regularly review, streamline, and improve accounting systems and processes for maximum efficiency and transparency.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, investigating their findings and implementing their recommendations.
• Supervise, train, and review the performance of the accounting staff.
• Advise on the impact of new financial regulations, legislation, and guidelines in government accounting.
• Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, maintain accurate customer credit records, and monitor customer accounts for necessary action.
• Prepare and present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master's degree preferred)
