You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve financial success through growth, transition, and retirement.Responsibilities:• Spearhead and manage the assurance components of broader client engagements, ensuring practice deliverables and quality.• Offer advisory services that encompass entity setup and restructuring, budgeting/forecasting, capital transactions, and financial analysis.• Gain a deep understanding of client operations and processes to provide relevant advice and solutions.• Mentor a team of staff accountants, assisting them in growing their skills.• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions.• Perform auditing tasks and manage budget processes.• Handle complex tax returns such as federal income tax return, estate tax return, and income tax accounting.• Contribute to mergers and acquisitions (M& A) operations.
