We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Manager for a Lake Country, WI area organization. In this role, you will oversee, develop, and administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can analyze trends, recommend improvements, and align compensation and benefits programs with the organization's long-term goals.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits strategies that support the company's business objectives.Conduct market analyses, benchmarking studies, and pay equity reviews to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other offerings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Monitor trends in benefits and compensation to recommend improvements and innovations.Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to create and maintain total rewards policies, procedures, and tools.Manage compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay structures and benefits administration.Develop and deliver communication materials to promote employee understanding of available benefits and compensation plans.Ensure compliance with laws such as FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other relevant state and federal regulations.Partner with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to administer and evaluate benefits programs.
