We are currently seeking a Director of Finance based in Vero Beach, Florida for our client. The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in offering financial advice to management, optimizing capital and cash flow, and leading a high-performing finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of driving the long-range financial plan, ensuring compliance and governance, and leading continuous improvement projects.Responsibilities:• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making across functions and geographies.• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the finance team.• Maintain and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for finance, operations, and logistics.• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Manage cash conversion cycle, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.• Oversee statutory financial and tax reporting in alignment with IFRS and US GAAP.• Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast, budget, prior year).• Implement process and system improvements for efficiency and accuracy.• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.
