Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and align vendor capabilities.
- Evaluate vendor risk and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives related to vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- RFP experience
- 3rd Party Risk Management/Programs experience
- Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, e.g., SAP, Coupa, or other vendor management systems].
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
