As a Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and nurturing vendor relationships in the investment sector. In addition, you will work closely with various teams to develop innovative technology initiatives and solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, support, and maintenance of applications related to Investment Strategy and Investment Accounting.
Cultivate strong vendor relationships and proactively manage technology issues related to Investment Strategy and Accounting applications.
Collaborate closely with investment teams to understand business roadmaps and translate them into innovative technology initiatives and solutions.
Lead diverse internal and external teams to deliver solutions, ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance standards.
Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating the retirement of legacy systems and solutions.
Apply your knowledge of derivatives, data integration, and data analysis in your daily work.
Requirements
Must hold significant experience and knowledge in Derivatives
Proven ability to perform comprehensive Data Integration
Demonstrated proficiency in Data Analysis
Possess a strong leadership capability to direct and manage a team
Must have excellent decision-making skills and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
Must have a proven track record of managing and executing large scale projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must hold a relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
A strong understanding of industry trends and market changes is essential
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
Must be adaptable to changes and possess problem-solving skills.
