The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.Responsibilities:• Schedule installation appointments, optimizing efficiency and adhering to project timelines.• Monitor pending installations, verifying product readiness and labor requirements.• Oversee the installation pipeline, updating and closing jobs daily.• Prepare installation paperwork, ensuring crews are equipped for scheduled tasks.• Assign installation crews based on their skills and project requirements.• Maintain inventory records and provide timely updates on expected product arrivals.• Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.• Process payments and funding for completed jobs, adhering to company standards.• Handle permit approvals and prepare submission packets as needed.• Input contract details and other documentation, facilitating the transition from sale to installation.
