What You’ll Do:

• Manage & Optimize Campaigns – Lead PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, TikTok, and Meta, ensuring alignment with sales goals and maximizing ROI.
• Amazon-Specific Growth – Implement best practices, optimize listings, and drive sales through Amazon Ads.
• Market & Performance Insights – Stay ahead of trends, analyze data, and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
• E-Commerce Strategy – Support content development on Shopify, ensuring brand consistency and an optimal shopping experience.
• Customer Engagement & Retention – Develop strategies to enhance the customer journey and foster brand loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with creative, copywriting, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Looking for:

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify).
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing high-budget advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, and Meta.
• Fluent in English & Spanish, with an understanding of the Hispanic market and cultural nuances.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Adobe Suite, and basic HTML.
• Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry experience in health, wellness, or supplements is a plus.
