We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an eDS Paralegal in a well-established firm. As an eDS Paralegal, you will be engaged in the legal industry, handling litigation and construction litigation tasks, working with the software Relativity and managing large document reviews.
Responsibilities
- Engage in litigation and construction litigation processes
- Operate the Relativity software for e-discovery tasks
- Conduct extensive document reviews and maintain accurate records
- Carry out administrative law duties and manage AML - Anti Money Laundering processes
- Participate in civil litigation procedures and claim administration tasks
- Attend court proceedings and provide necessary support
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for day-to-day tasks
- Maintain and manage spreadsheets for various processes
- Carry out tasks and responsibilities of a Litigation Paralegal
- Provide support and assistance to other Paralegals in the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and manage data effectively
- Knowledgeable in Administrative Law and its practical applications
- Experience with AML - Anti Money Laundering procedures and compliance
- Understanding of Civil Litigation processes and procedures
- Proven experience in Claim Administration and management
- Familiarity with Court Proceedings and legal protocols
- Proficiency in using Relativity for eDiscovery tasks
- Extensive experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Demonstrated skills as a Paralegal in a fast-paced environment
