Growing Legal Team seeks Employment Attorney

The Employment Counsel will handle :

  • Pre-litigation employment matters (most settle)
  • Advice and counseling internally for employees across the globe
  • Administrative claims, EEOC, wage claims, audit wage claims, nationwide claims
  • Labor commission audits : benefits, sick time, labor work
  • Support compliance program to update employment policies, support labor commission audits

    • Location : near Camarillo

    Hybrid 5 days / onsite in office
