About the Role: We are seeking a highly technical and people-centric Engineering Manager to lead our Product Foundations team. This team owns the foundational architecture, shared services, and UI component libraries that power product teams across the organization. You will guide a high-performing group of engineers to drive engineering excellence, architectural scalability, and product consistency, while nurturing individual growth and career development. As a key leader, you will partner with product, design, and other engineering leaders to build systems that scale, accelerate development velocity, and enable exceptional product experiences for end users. What You’ll Do: Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for foundational systems used across the product organization. Partner closely with Product Management to ship new features, strengthen existing infrastructure, and improve engineering efficiency. Mentor and grow a team of talented engineers through stretch goals, feedback, and career development plans. Hire top engineering talent and help foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion. Proactively manage and reduce technical debt while ensuring platform stability and performance. Lead technical architecture decisions for scalable, reusable services and components. Optimize engineering workflows and agile processes to increase velocity, quality, and cross-team collaboration. Represent the team in leadership forums, sprint planning, and strategic roadmap sessions. Serve as a technical escalation point and help guide incident management and resolution when needed.
Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
