We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Greater Cleveland area for an ERP/CRM Developer. In this role, you will be a key player in our team, focusing on enhancing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and providing insightful business analytics and reporting. Responsibilities:• Act as the lead technical expert for configurations, enhancements, data import/export, interfaces, migrations, and workflows related to our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system.• Lead and document design sessions to transform business process requirements into technical requirements, generating user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process, and data flows.• Handle complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process for AX and D365 deployments.• Utilize your skills in Cloud Technologies, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, and Business Requirement Document to ensure efficient operations.• Apply your knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure, C#, and Power Automate in your daily tasks.• Continually monitor and update customer credit records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
