We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager Consultant to support our client's Project Management Office (PMO) in an upcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout. This role will be responsible for providing functional and strategic expertise, coordinating project activities, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multiple ERP implementations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. Recent ERP Implementation experience is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PMO in planning, managing, and executing the ERP implementation process.
- Work with business units to gather requirements, define system configurations, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment.
- Support data migration efforts, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Provide testing support, including user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption and change management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, system integration, and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
- Experience working within a PMO structure and supporting project governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or ERP-related certifications (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and implementation strategies.
- Background in data migration, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
