We are offering a unique opportunity for an ERP Systems Analyst based in SOUTH WINDSOR, Connecticut to join our team in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you'll be vital in ensuring our ERP system operates efficiently and meets the needs of the company. You'll work closely with staff across departments to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system modifications.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with staff from various departments to understand specific ERP system requirements and identify operational challenges.• Analyze, design, and troubleshoot ERP system issues, implementing software modifications to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.• Tailor system workflow to meet corporate needs.• Act as a bridge between functional and technical resources, overseeing the development and implementation of new system functionality.• Provide expertise in all areas of ERP software, assisting in system functionality, upgrades, modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.• Partner with end users to solve identified problems, ensuring proper documentation is created and shared with necessary staff.• Create technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document system development.• Aid in the onboarding of new employees by providing ERP system training as needed.• Convert current business process requirements into functional ERP system requirements.• Liaise directly with ERP software vendor’s support department to identify software issues and apply appropriate patches.• Coordinate with 3rd party software vendors concerning ERP system integration, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades.• Perform other IT and business analysis duties as required to support strategic priorities.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
