The Executive Assistant will act as a right hand to the Partner, managing both business and select personal matters with discretion and precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Draft and respond to professional emails with a polished, articulate tone
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including QuickBooks entries and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information
- Learn the firm’s business model and investment focus quickly to offer better support
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and confidence
- Conduct research and provide summaries to support business decisions
- Run occasional personal errands and handle administrative tasks outside of work
- Ensure the Partner is always well-prepared and well-presented for meetings and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in a high-level Executive Assistant role, preferably in finance or professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
