We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Expeditor in Pico Rivera, California. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in managing and tracking order processes within our organization. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing applications. This role is situated within the industry and requires the application of skills such as financial services, CRM, data processing, and vendor management.Responsibilities:• Monitor and track the status of high-priority orders on a daily basis.• Communicate updates on order statuses to the production, shipping, and management teams.• Manage the receipt of raw materials from suppliers.• Regularly request updates on delayed orders from suppliers.• Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order expediting.• Handle inbound calls related to order expediting.• Schedule delivery appointments with customers for completed orders.• Generate sales orders and delivery tickets, which includes adjusting or creating parts and entering sales orders into the system.• Create production tickets with box specifications and load tags, and make additional copies for production.• Maintain a consistent workflow based on workload and received orders.
