Our client, a highly successful business transformation company, is in search of a driven and dedicated Finance Manager to join their team. This role will be instrumental in building a premier commercial finance organization. Working alongside the US CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee recurring financial planning and analysis and lead special strategic projects. Key responsibilities will include supporting business leaders and ensuring financially sound financial decisions. By leveraging financial models and KPI’s, the Finance Manager will produce short and long-range business plans and forecasts, identifying key investment opportunities. Monthly reviews and analysis with business leaders will be critical as the Finance Manager looks to lead analytical deep dives to explain business performance, track costs and expenses and improve profitability. Overall, this critical role will work with global counterparts, including teams in London and Belgium to enhance and implement 'best practices' around core strategic and operational processes.
