Responsibilities
- Analyze each carrier statement for any discrepancies or errors, ensuring plan participants are charged correctly.
- Conduct monthly verification and accuracy checks on all assigned accounts, identifying and reporting any required corrections in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategic processes that yield accurate results, requiring the ability to solve problems independently through critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively, clearly explaining analytical data to both internal and external business partners.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures related to timely payment and reconciliation, demonstrating adaptability to potential changes in these procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external areas to ensure proper procedures and functions related to billing are followed and supported.
- Maintain integrity in all actions, providing outstanding service and building trusted relationships.
- Drive innovation in your work, continually seeking improvements in our processes.
- Hold yourself accountable, delivering on commitments and treating all colleagues with respect and dignity.
- Exceptional customer service skills are required.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with standard office procedures.
- Capable of conducting thorough research.
- Knowledge of 'About Time' software would be beneficial.
- Must have a solid background in finance.
- Experience in handling reconciliations.
- Familiarity with billing procedures.
