We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Manufacturing industry located in Olive Branch, Mississippi. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key player in our team, focusing on assisting with reporting duties, month-end closing processes, and balance sheet reconciliations among other tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately generate reports, including daily sales, cash forecasts and month-end reports
- Aid with the closing of the month and the annual audit process
- Manage and prepare month-end balance sheet account reconciliations
- Oversee the preparation of monthly sales tax filings
- Conduct variance analysis as required
- Assess current processes and make suggestions for improvements
- Uphold the core values through detail oriented conduct
- Take on additional tasks as necessary to meet business needs.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Understanding of Data Mining Techniques
- Ability to perform various Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accrual Accounting
- Auditing skills
- Familiarity with Budget Processes
- Understanding of Capital Management in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry
