Our client is looking for a Financial Controller that can oversee all the financial management and accounting operations within their multi-state organization.
You will be responsible for the financial reporting, internal controls and accounting processes for the company.
Responsibilities
- All accounting processes, including A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Inventory, Revenue Recognition, and Month-End Close.
- Supervise Annual Audits coordinating with external auditors.
- Financial integration of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Oversee FP&A, preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Publish financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights to enhance profitability, processes, and cost-saving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Healthcare industry would be a huge plus.
- 7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong background in multi-site operations, financial consolidations, and audit preparations.
- Proficient in Purchase and Lease Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary : $135,000 - $165,000
