We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic FP& A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving company-wide financial strategy, delivering actionable insights, and enhancing decision-making processes. The FP& A Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate FP& A capabilities and execute on strategic initiatives.

Strategic Financial Planning:
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
Experience: 5 years of FP& A or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic or managerial capacity. Experience in enterprise-level strategic planning strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Strategic Financial Planning:
- Lead the annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop long-term financial models, scenario analyses, and simulations to support strategic planning and growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create actionable roadmaps that drive business results.
- Analyze financial and operational performance by identifying trends, key drivers, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and insights into key business metrics to support decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards summarizing financial performance and strategic recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with department heads and business units to act as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.
- Provide financial insights to support negotiations, investment decisions, and business case development.
- Implement and improve automation tools, financial systems, and data visualization capabilities to streamline reporting.
- Introduce and refine processes and methodologies to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and agility.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, internal controls, and financial regulations.
