A growing technical leader is looking to add a FP& A Manager to their successful finance team. As the FP& A Manager you will provide financial planning and analysis to support financial growth, provide insight to support strategic decision-making, partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, generate financial reports for management, create financial summaries, and support mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. If you have a strong proficiency in financial modeling, excellent analytical and posses foreign currency experience this role will be perfect for you!Major Responsibilities· Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process across departments· Perform variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities· Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions· Prepare financial documents for executive reviews· Drive long-range financial planning and scenario modeling· Monitor financial data on evolving business models· Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases for new initiatives · Continuously improve FP& A tools, systems, and processes
