Job Description :
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress, performance, and budget adherence
- Allocate resources effectively, manage project teams, and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals
- Provide regular and timely updates throughout the pre-planning process and project execution to customers, jobsite contacts, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Review project budgets consistently, approve expenditures, identify opportunities for cost savings, and negotiate with vendors to optimize job profit margins
- Ensure all documents such as Purchase Requisitions, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, and vendor contracts are accurate, and properly maintained throughout the project
- Ensure transportation assets are ordered and scheduled according to the established plan
- Submit for invoicing accurate and timely project close out report within 48 hours of job completion
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Cultivate contacts with vendors to obtain information about future vendor developments to grow opportunities for Colossal
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and report to leadership as needed
