Responsibilities :
- Oversee the smooth running of all front desk operations
- Efficiently handle and direct incoming calls
- Warmly greet and assist associates, vendors, and clients
- Welcome and provide necessary assistance to potential candidates
- Aid the HR Department in tasks including mail distribution, supply ordering, and upkeep of the HR Breakroom
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
- Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain accurate records and data
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle concierge services
- Organize files and data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Leverage skills in Administrative Assistance and handling a multi-line phone system.
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance.
