In this role, you will be required to perform an array of duties such as answering phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.Responsibilities: • Handle incoming phone calls, screening, and directing them appropriately.• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.• Keep track of staff movements and office activities.• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including standard USPS mailings and FedEx deliveries.• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area, break room, file room, supply room, and conference rooms.• Oversee the supply of paper for copiers and fax machines.• Use Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently to accomplish tasks.• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a detail oriented demeanor, especially over the phone.• Operate general office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, and postage machine efficiently.• Leverage your administrative skills to ensure a smooth workflow in the office.
