Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively
- Perform bank reconciliations for two different bank accounts
- Ensure accurate ledger reconciliations
- Collaborate with tax accountant for returns
- Handle financial matters for two related businesses
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate records
- Utilize Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel for various tasks
- Handle financial matters for a non-revenue-generating entity with expenses
- Comply with regulations of DOR, L& I, City of Seattle, B& O
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Solid understanding of general accounting functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is required
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations effectively
- Proficiency in ledger reconciliations
- Experience in account reconciliation is necessary
- Capability to manage accounts across multiple entities
