We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Melville, New York. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining financial records, processing customer transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of our team. Would love someone with Family Office or CPA firm experience. This is a part time position about 3 days a week. Responsibilities:• Handle full cycle accounting duties, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Prepare and analyze annual budget reports• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor financial status and performance• Manage bookkeeping activities and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and data management• Process customer credit applications accurately and resolve any inquiries promptly• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to enhance financial processes and systems
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
