This role also involves working closely with external accounting firms and handling monthly closures.Responsibilities:• Accurate and efficient processing of invoices within our ERP system• Regular updating of financial information in QuickBooks• Posting of accounts payable and maintaining accurate records• Working within our ERP system to ensure all financial data is current and accurate• Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial data aligns• Collaborating with external accounting firms for financial tasks• Assisting with monthly financial closure activities• Handling phone calls and emails related to financial matters• Posting journal entries to keep the general ledger updated• Utilizing various accounting software systems, such as Great Plains and ADP, to streamline tasks.
