Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all general ledger activity.
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Conduct regular ledger maintenance.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure correct and timely financial reporting.
- Adhere to all company procedures and regulations.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions is essential.
- Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy.
- Experience with managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise is a must.
- Capability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries is needed.
- Expertise in performing Bank Reconciliations is required.
