Robert Half's client in Pittsburg, Ca is in search of a bilingual Spanish General Office Clerk. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of office tasks, including making and receiving phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records for our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Proactively make outbound calls to share relevant job information with workers
  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules
  • Maintain precise records and track information into spreadsheets using a popular spreadsheet software
  • Undertake document handling tasks such as filing, scanning, and uploading
  • Liaise with subcontractors as necessary
  • Operate switchboard, handling 1-10 lines
  • Use Spanish language skills when required to communicate effectively with diverse team members.
