Responsibilities :
- Efficiently handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Proactively make outbound calls to share relevant job information with workers
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules
- Maintain precise records and track information into spreadsheets using a popular spreadsheet software
- Undertake document handling tasks such as filing, scanning, and uploading
- Liaise with subcontractors as necessary
- Operate switchboard, handling 1-10 lines
- Use Spanish language skills when required to communicate effectively with diverse team members.
